About Me
I bring over a decade of hands-on dental practice management experience, leading teams, building systems, and driving measurable performance inside real practices.
I've worked across every level of the practice environment, from single-doctor offices to partnerships and multi-location organizations with 6 to 8 locations and more than 12 providers. My experience includes roles as a treatment care coordinator, practice administrator, regional manager, and Chief Operating Officer.
I've led operational improvements that resulted in significant gains in production, collections, and overall team performance across multiple practice models.
My work is grounded in execution. Not theory.
Before entering the dental field, I served in the United States Army as a Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of a battalion operations center within a military intelligence and aviation unit. In that role, I oversaw tactical operations across three continents, where clarity, accountability, and execution were not optional.
That experience shaped how I lead today.
Inside dental practices, I've seen a consistent pattern. Good people working hard in systems that are not built to support them. Expectations are not always clear. Accountability is inconsistent. Performance suffers as a result.
I built RBM Dental Partners to fix that.
My focus is simple. Bring structure to what matters, align teams around clear expectations, and build systems that allow practices to perform at a higher level consistently.
I'm direct about how I approach this work. It's not about adding more. It's about making what already exists operate the way it should.
Our Why
I’ve spent years inside dental practices, not looking at them from the outside, but working in them, leading teams, and being accountable for the outcome.
What I’ve learned is simple.
Most practices are not struggling because people do not care.
They are struggling because there is no clear structure holding everything together.
Good people end up working in systems that do not support them.
Expectations are not always clear.
Accountability is not always consistent.
Over time, that affects the team, the culture, and the performance.
What I BelieveI believe people want to do great work.
But that only happens when expectations are clear, roles are defined, and the environment supports performance.
I also believe patients can feel the difference.
They know when a practice is aligned.
They know when it is not.
I have been in environments where everything is aligned. Leadership is clear. The team is supported. People take pride in how they show up.
And I have seen what that does.
The energy is different.
The experience is better.
The results follow.
I have also seen the opposite.
And I am not interested in being part of environments that settle for that.
What This Is Really AboutThis is not about adding more to your practice.
It is about getting the right people in the right roles, creating clarity around what matters, and building systems that actually support the team.
When that is in place, everything changes.
The StandardThe standard is transparency, accountability, doing things the right way, and putting the team in a position to succeed.
Not sometimes. Every day.
Anything less than that does not hold up over time.
This is the kind of environment I expect and the kind I help build.
